Coming Soon to ALA Monroe: Little Leaders Pre-K
Little Leaders is dedicated to providing a nurturing, high quality early learning experience where young children can grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a moral and wholesome environment.
Guided by American Leadership Academy’s R.A.I.S.E. values of Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Service, and Excellence, our upcoming Pre-K program is designed to help students build confidence, curiosity, and essential life and leadership skills from the very beginning.
Families who join our interest list will be among the first to receive updates as we prepare to welcome Little Leaders to ALA Monroe for the upcoming school year.
Our Curriculum
Preschool
We help our preschools gain and nurture their motor skills, social skills, and sensory skills though a variety of activities. The structured lessons we have also teach students how to apply and read numbers and letters.
Pre-K
Our pre-K Little Leaders curriculum is designed to teach students a wide variety of academic and social skills. Aligned with North Carolina Early Learning Standards, we address each part of a child's development. Some of the developmental skills we help students build:
- Social skills
- Emotional skills
- Linguistics/language skills
- Literacy
- Communication skills
- Technology skills and immersion
- And more!
Snacks & Lunch
1/2 Day students:
Parents may be asked to send a snack in with their child.
Full Day Students:
Students will have the option to bring their lunch from home or purchase meals from American Leadership Academy Monroe's food service program.
